Bill's Mother was a graceful lady of refined manners and elegance.  Having never met her, we know this through knowing her son.  In Bill, she instilled a flawless genteel heart felt manner. Bill is a Mid-Western Regional Sales Manager for a food company.  His personality exhibits his exceptional talent for public relations.  His requests flow like honey, accompanied by his gentle and sincerely polite disposition.  Bill found the perfect mate in Terry, her luminous charm becomes apparent the second you meet her.  Terry is a Sales Administrator for a Marina, yes, she has brains too.  This is a warm couple, they make strangers feel like family.  Bill coordinates his button down clothing with superb taste, each crease pressed precisely in place, his desire for perfection does not end there.  Bill's Chopper has the 383/425 V8 stroker engine and required the longest list of Special Instructions we have ever written.  He visited and followed the building of his trike throughout the process.  Now you'd think this might have made us feel as if we were under a microscope.  Not so, we looked forward to each time he came and called, his elation was contagious, his gratitude immense.  Again we have been blessed.
